Worst private rental company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. BCR breached my contract and violated the law multiple times. They refused to fix habitability issues and retaliated against my family. We are on our way to court. I'll update this review after I win and DORA reports back with their findings.

Kristin and her team have done a wonderful Job managing my rental in Longmont. They were able to make repairs quickly and affordably before putting it on the market. They found a tenant quickly who is a great fit for the property and our goals. Their internal systems have been easy to use. I highly recommend them if you are looking for property management in Boulder County. Keep up the good work!

Rented a property in Lafayette from this company. I moved out at the end of my lease agreement, and they have continued billing me even though I have moved out. They have also added numerous erroneous charges to my ledger (duplicate late fees from months ago, illegal posting fees) and they have charged me for carpet cleaning after move out, despite the fact that I paid a $3,000 deposit and the lease specifically states that carpet cleaning will be automatically deducted from the deposit upon move out. I have reached out to the company countless times to get this billing corrected, and they have completely evaded my outreach.

To be fair, they were not a bad management company during the duration of time I resided in their rental (2 years). But when it comes to accuracy of billing & legal agreements, communication with tenants and abiding by state laws and regulations, they are deficient.

UPDATE: The owner did not respond to my texts, emails or calls about the erroneous charges, but did respond to my review here- but only to victimize herself. The truth is, I was late on my rent, but I was not being evicted. The owner never filed anything in court to evict me, they only *illegally* posted a Demand for Payment on my door. My lease agreement states that my lease ended on July 31st, 2024, as can be seen on the attached photos.

Despite the owner claiming that they corrected the "inadvertently entered" charges, the bill ledger says otherwise. See attached photos.

I have used Kristin and her team to help with property management for a couple of years now through a friend's recommendation. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and ease of doing business with them. The team checks in with me on most items that need attention before doing any work. They provide recommendations and once approved by me, take actions to complete the work. Each month, at the set date, I get my proceeds in the bank. Communication and response time are excellent (not over-bearing). I am a very satisfied client, and would recommend Boulder County Rentals to anyone looking for a property management company.

It was a huge relief to have her take over the property management of my condo. Boulder County Rentals has done an exceptional job managing two buildings with 12 units. Maintenance is handled efficiently and at much better rates vs our previous property manager. Vacant units are marketed and rented quickly. Our top and bottom line numbers have improved dramatically. We can’t say enough about the quality of management expertise Boulder County Rentals provides.
