I love this little store. They have nearly everything you could need or want: a toy department, candy department, furniture/rugs/lamps/housewares, lots of nice clothing and shoe options and they are always running little sales. They take good care of their customers and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. We appreciate Boscov’s and especially this location.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, that is not an option. For starters me and my step girlfriend were in there, and we were looking at makeup and smelling the perfumes looking for a gift for one of our dear friends having a good time, and it all started when we were at the jewelry and one of the workers walked by asking if we needed any help, and we said “no, thank you” and the worker walked away so we continued looking and then decided we didn’t want to buy any jewelry so we made our way over to the makeup testing area and the worker came back asking if we needed any help again, and we said no thank you and this time she didn’t walk away she just stood right next to me looking at us and every time I would look in the corner of my eye she’d just get closer and closer which just made us overall uncomfortable we ended up laughing it off and walking away and came back a few minutes later to smell the perfumes and colognes and the worker had switched with this other worker to follow us around and stand awfully close to us staring at us and asking if we needed any help and all we wanted to do was smell the perfumes I don’t know what we did to deserve this because every time we just laughed it off and walk away and come back a few minutes later in hopes that they would leave us alone, but it was like they were switching shifts to stalk us this happened around 6 times and one of the times we walked away we saw one of the workers looking around for us. Overall, this was so uncomfortable and ruined our shopping experience to the point we just had to leave because we did not want to buy from a store that treats us like we’re on the top wanted list. ZERO STARS… we got one of the workers on camera because of how discriminated against we were. I will put the picture below even though it’s blurry the worker is the white haired old lady.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received at the Voorhees Town Center in NJ. On my visit, I had an extremely negative interaction with an employee named Diane, who was both rude and unprofessional.

Throughout our conversation, Diane's tone was unnecessarily harsh, and she made me feel belittled and humiliated. Her behavior was unacceptable, and it left me feeling disrespected and upset. I have never experienced such poor customer service, and it has deeply impacted my opinion of the Voorhees Town Center.

As a result of this incident, I regret to say that I no longer wish to shop at this location. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the overall customer service experience.

PROS:
Sale prices and hard to find items are found HERE!.
Store and staff look very neat and tidy.
Staff is 7 out of 10. Except the furniture dept. man referenced below, he's a 0.
Staff don't ask to help and almost everything except the furniture, you can grab and go to the register. But if you're looking for something specific, the staff is welcoming and usually found at the register.
Noah at the Echelon NJ store is outstanding. He was behind the counter and came out to help me as needed. He kindly wrapped my fragile pieces in paper and nearly set them in the bag.
Cleaning staff (black woman) is great and social enough to make you feel seen.

DEPARTMENT:
Good PICTURE frame options, not great bc of higher prices.
CURTAINS- Lots of vast arrays of options, from lace to sheer to patterned. Awesome selection and prices for curtains and blinds.

CONS:
Furniture Dept. needs much better help. The man( pictured, seated at a desk surrounded by furniture) who didn't acknowledge me or my son on 2 different occasions. Twice I looked around at the many options of sectionals and was never offered a hello or a, can I help you. Some of the ottoman's and other furniture didn't have prices, and I just left.

Don't leave your flyer at home because the ones they had were out-dated & you can miss out on coupons.

You need to hunt around for some good deals. I bought some Timberland boots at a decent price. It's an odd place though because they also have a lot of nic nac junk.
