I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Jason. From the outset, Jason was rude, showing little regard for customer service or professionalism. His aggressive demeanor made it very uncomfortable to address my concerns, and it felt like my business was neither appreciated nor wanted. This level of service is unacceptable and has completely deterred me from considering this business in the future. I would not recommend this business.

We have been long time renters (5+ years) through Jason Born. We had issues with the landlord's decisions to not fix big things in the property. But everything else through the Born Property Management was great.
The online portal was very convenient. I paid rent through the app. They responded to many of our requests within 12 hours. The "office" team is professional, and very friendly over the phone; I've had pleasant conversations with Liz, Anita, and Eileen. Their "annual inspection" team is nice and accommodating even through the pandemic. I specifically interacted with Greg and August. The repair folks that they use are also nice and friendly.
For me, the best part about this company is interacting with Jason Born. He is really a great person to talk to. I posted an emergency issue on the portal one Christmas eve, and he, himself, called back within the hour to try and help. I don't know if he's able to do this anymore, as his company grew. But that's the kind of person he is.

Jason and his team are very experienced, easy to reach and responsive. They do their best to make things right and have always been very reasonable.
