There was no doubt in my mind about selecting Bonnie to represent us with our real estate needs. Bonnie did a great job with our vacation home rental in July 2021.
My name is David and I stayed at 123 Colorado ave in July 2021 and I am confirming that Beverly A. (1-star review) did not stay at our home at 123 Colorado while we were there. We loved staying at the property and Bonnie met us at the home to answer questions, we enjoyed our experience so much we are returning next year.
We left the home as we found it and we got our security back after check-out. Bonnie came to the check-out inspection after we left the property - not before.

Bonnie Wells at Coastal Living Real Estate Group helped me with the rental of my home 209 Chatsworth Ave in Beach Haven. She worked with me on the photography and presentation. I rented the season to lovely people that treated my home well. Bonnie also is involved with the town in volunteering for various festivals and events. My name is Pam McCormack and I truly stayed at 123 Colorado, and have a contract to prove it. I am confirming that Beverly A. (1-star review) did not stay at our home at 123 Colorado. Bonnie got Beverly A’s 1-star review saying she stayed there, and called to ask if she was one of my guests. She was not, - Beverly A's review is fake. When we checked out, Bonnie went to the property after we left. We left the home in good condition and got our full deposit back.
