We researched a lot of realtors before putting our house on the market. From the moment we contacted Noel at BCR, she made is feel like family. Her knowledge and guidance made a daunting task significantly easier. We will recommend Bond County Realtors and specifically Noel until the end of time.

Do not rent from these people if at all possible. They are putting people out during this pandemic. Not for failure to pay rent but because the owner of a property they are responsible for came by the house and 1) was unhappy about the lawn not being mowed and 2) unhappy about a rug being in the backyard. Melvin informed the tenants they did not have to mow the lawn. The owner was particular about it. The grass needed cut so calls were placed about the lawn. No one had yet to show up. On a Sunday the owner of the house, not the company, stopped by the house and voiced being unhappy about the lawn. He was informed of what Melvin said about lawn care and that they were notified. That maybe because of the virus, they were unable to get anyone to cut it. Despite this, the renters got the lawn mowed that day. The owner was clearly upset about the lawn and they didn’t want issues. Even with the lawn being mowed, the owner returned and went over the lawn with his own mower, did some weed eating. I guess it wasn’t done to his liking. Old rugs were left in the house. Melvin instructed the renters that they could get rid of the rugs if they did not want them. No further discussion or instructions. One rug was removed from the house. I believe it was a dining room rug. They put the rug on the back porch waiting for spring pick up. I believe one date was cancelled or rearranged. Well after ‘fixing’ the grass, the owner noticed the rug on the back porch and was angry! He started saying ‘I can’t believe people live like this, this is not going to work, these are $5,000 rugs, they should not have been removed.’ He was informed of what Melvin said regarding the rugs, further explanation was provided as to why they removed it, and why it was still on the back porch. After feeling disrespected, the renter politely ended the conversation. So the very next day, Monday, the renters were given a 30 day notice to vacate the property because the owner was upset about the rug. Well they did give them 4 extra days I believe. So they are renting properties owned by other people and giving misleading information. Why would Melvin inform them that they didn’t have to do lawn care and why would he tell them they could get rid of the rugs when clearly the owner did not give permission? Knowing the owner was particular about the lawn, why wouldn’t they send someone sooner to cut the grass? However, upon checking the lease, it did say the tenant was responsible for lawn care. They’ll take ownership of that. (Even though they were informed differently.) Again, why were they told they WERE NOT responsible for lawn care? Lastly, why would someone leave $5,000 rugs in a rental property? I believe there were 3. Are they still worth $5,000 if they are used, old, and dirty? Avoid if possible that’s all I’m saying folks.

Crystal Grove is an outstanding realtor. She hired a handyman to get everything from painting to roofing done on my home to prepare it for sale. She was friendly, helpful, and kind and she runs an honest business. I love working with her!

The worst business that rents different homes and apartments and they don't come to repair stuff when a tenant needs to have something fixed and the places are very run down and in need of repair, I haven't seen any of their places that I would want to rent. You are putting your health in danger if you live in the properties that they rent to people, the mold and other stuff you don't see until you have moved in is very dangerous to those who have breathing issues or older people and infants are the most at risk.
