Whoever said that money may buy you the house, but It can’t buy you a home, clearly hasn’t been to a BNE property before. I mean besides Beautiful apartments and amenities, Everyone just feels like part of one big happy family. our most devoted leasing manager Jess, always with a bright smile and positive energy makes you feel at home knowing, whatever you’ll need, she’ll be there for you. Our head of maintenance guy, isn’t your average joe, he’s a real gentleman and would always make himself available at your convenience. Any work that has to be done he does with passion as if it were his own apartment. We love you Joe. Then we have our area manager kat. what a treat it is when she pops by, she’s so competent, yet always soft-spoken and empathetic, when she says “she’s on it,” you just naturally relax and rest assured. With the pool side BBQ’S, game nights, or just chilling in the lounge watching the game, all add to the homey atmosphere. Thanks to BNE real estate group.

This Place is run by incompetence and dysfunction

These guys approved our application and send us a lease for signature only to void it couple days later because we were on parental leave.
They kept asking for more and more documents and even login and password to a bank account, while at the same time they were unable to use modern employment verification process.

They also kept pushing us to drive in person to Livingston, NJ and drop certified checks while keeping us in limbo and refusing to sign the lease after telling us we were approved.

I've never experienced a more atrocious group of individuals calling themselves a property management company.

Don't waste your time and money on BNE managed properties.

Living at Stonehill Apartments has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The materials used in the building are subpar—you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. From conversations to footsteps, the lack of soundproofing makes daily life unbearable.

A major issue I’ve faced is the constant noise from children running above me all day. I reported this to the manager, Eugene, who assured me they would speak with the neighbors and ensure they added carpet and runners to cover 75% of their apartment. However, nothing has been done, and the noise persists. Despite multiple follow-ups, Eugene has stopped responding to my emails, showing a complete lack of accountability and concern for residents.

I’ve only lived here for a month, and this experience has been a nightmare. My fiancé works from home and struggles to concentrate due to the relentless noise. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid Stonehill Apartments if you value peace, quiet, and competent management.

We have enjoyed living at The Club West in Pearl River, NY for the past two years. The complex is well maintained and thankfully, we have not had any security issues. We have taken advantage of a few of the amenities including the well maintained outdoor pool and BBQ grills. The “gym” is well stocked with many workout machines and weights. There are many friendly residents and because of this and much more, we have most recently decided to renew our lease for another year. Some employees that deserve a shout out are Ian Gatehouse, Leasing Manager and Doreen Bogosian, Leasing Administrator. They both have been courteous and professional in their dealings with us in the past and we expect no less with any interaction in the future. Thank you, Ian and Doreen.

I live in a bne in union 55 plus and my upstairs neighbor moved in a young man and it has been horrible. He stomps when he walks flushes toilet at least 7 times back to back knock on walls etc . I told management but it was like she was taking up for them but I know why now there good friends. I go thru this noise daily police only tell to contact management . I had relatives visiting it was so embarrassing. They heard everything.

I just moved to The Link at Aberdeen Station and I couldn’t be happier. It’s super convenient getting to the city and the apartments are really nice. Shannon and Christine in the leasing are absolutely amazing and so helpful. Always responding to emails in a prompt manner and always so sweet and pleasant on the phone. And Andrew the maintenance man is the best! So friendly and helpful. It’s so far been a great experience transitioning from the city to jersey

I have been living at the link at Aberdeen station for over 2 years and all I can say it’s been amazing to call this my second home from home. The staff are so dedicated to help the community and I when we have concerns and questions. Christine and Shannon helped renew my lease twice and always helped me when I have questions about certain facility’s in the complex. They both answer there emails promptly which is key to great service. Also have to say Andrew from maintenance has always been there to help me when I get locked out or when you break something like a washer machine. He comes out right away when you need help. I remember calling him to help me get back in my apartment cause I locked my self out and he left a birthday party to unlock it. Overall the experience at the Link has been amazing and the community and staff make this place worth a while..

Love living at The Link. Property is well maintained and staff is extremely friendly. Christine and Shannon in the office are amazingly supportive and extremely accommodating! Andrew is always super responsive for any maintenance needs and always communicates updates to you personally. Great place to live!
