I mean seriously, this place exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. It was spacious and had a beautiful open floor plan. Everything was clean, stocked, and working. Had no issues at all. All of our guests said the same thing. We will definitely be a returning customer. 100% satisfied!!!! Great kitchen for our chef and beautiful place to take photos together!

I requested firewood for the fire pit after hours and guest services honored the request in an expedited manner. I thought I would have to wait until the next day but they were great!

Marlin Houzz is an absolutely beautiful property! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there while I was visiting for work.

I stayed at the Marlin House in Hot Spring from March 1-32019. It is now January 16,2020 and I have yet to receive my 1500.00 deposit back. I have been very patient with this company/ owner. I have emailed and spoke with the property manager Moranda in which she has not answered my calls nor had the owner (Matt) reach out to me per my request. They stated they filed a insurance claim for some towels(they claim we stained), sheets on bed(in which was stained when we got there- I have pics to prove) and a kitchen towel ( which we cleaned the grill with, that was dirty and house keeping never cleaned) The house is beautiful and need a little tlc on cleaning. We also had spider webs in 2 rooms( I have pics of) We had ant all in the bathroom and kitchen( which I have pics of) on top of I have a video of house keeping coming to the house (after we called ) and admitted that she told Moranda the house need new sheets. After emailing and sending pics( wasn’t able to send the video due to the large file) they finally agreed to give me my 1500.00 . No money yet. They claimed they file a insurance claim, in which we know nobody would file a claim on Towels and sheets! You will pay more in a deductible. I have been very patient and will never recommend this company to anyone! I have booked my birthday home for this year with another company . I tried to be fair and work it out between us but I received no result!

This company has now been added to a lying company. Make sure u keep all your Communication you have with them. They try to add things . I have been renting every year and no owner has not be Great things to say about myself and my guest.. this has been the only owner I have ever had a issue with out of the 10 years I been celebrating in Hotspring!! Y’all be careful of these money hungry owners who don’t have the money to refund back.I am no seeking legal action. I will update u guys. Be blessed!

BEWARE! It has been 34 business days since our stay with this company and after several unanswered emails and phone calls we have yet to receive our $250 deposit back. Per the rental agreement, BlueSky is to return security deposits within 20 business days. The only person from the company that has communicated with me is their social media manager & they seem to be trying to help but we’ve seen nothing yet. We stayed in one of the oldest homes so I’m certain any of their newer properties have much larger deposits so be aware you may not get it back. We left the home in better condition than we found it when we arrived. I have numerous other complaints about misrepresentation of the quality of home we rented (the pictures on the website are old & taken when the property was newly remodeled and first put on the vacation rental market, it is in need of many repairs and updates) but I REALLY just want my deposit back and we will NEVER rent from this company again.

My wife found and booked us at the Riverbend Lake Lodge for our Hot Spring vacation. We have traveled from coast to coast, having stayed in numerous B&B’s and VRBO homes. Never have we stayed at a location with furnishings and linens of such high quality and comfort before. We were so surprised to find the house and kitchen stocked with all the amenities one would find at home. The view of the lake was amazing, and the surroundings were peaceful. Once we stocked the kitchen with our favorite wines and foods, we forgot about the world. We never made it to Hot Springs, because we could not pull ourselves away from the comfort of the house and its peaceful surroundings.

Having had such a great experience the previous year, we decided to book again with Bluesky and actually visit Hot Springs this time. We rented the Sunset in Paradise location. Again, we were surprised at the level of comfort and amenities being provided. We actually made it to Hot Springs this time, but the highlight of the vacation was an unexpected event. The owner (Matt) called one evening to tell us he was stopping by the next morning, to our surprise, he arrived by boat. After getting to know each other, he invited us to join him for a boat ride. Our boat ride turned into an impromptu fun-filled day. Never have I seen my wife laugh and enjoy herself so much. Matt, thank you for the boat ride and the memories. Your vacation rentals are amazing.

Renter Beware! Company waited over a full week after our stay for the inspection and sent pictures of some damages that pre-existed our stay, and some that were possibly completed after we left, as a reason to not refund our deposit. We were not responsible for these damages, but the company has never answered or returned phone calls/emails. Decent house, but the vibe exists that they are just stealing deposits. Terrible business operation, do not care about guests at all. I would never stay at any property this company manages again. The feelings of dishonesty, manipulation, and lying are rampant. Good luck if you are brave enough to give them your money. Just bank on not getting your $1500 deposit back. I would also be interested to see any pictures from anyone else that didn’t get deposits back due to damage to the sofas.

Marlin Houzz was like walking into a Hollywood story, the place took my breath away when I first walked in. My husband booked it as a surprise for our ten-year anniversary, along with 25 of our closest friends and family. This house was like a dream come true because two of my life loves were there, a dream kitchen and a swimming pool. The only thing missing was a staff. If I was not having fun cooking in the kitchen, I was swimming. The view from the infinity pool was mesmerizing. I would spend hours in the pool, floating and relaxing. We spent our evenings together outside by the fire pit. Our ten-year anniversary was amazing, and the Marlin Houzz was too.

The home was perfectly clean and beautiful. This is not a house that you just stay 2-3 nights in. Get your money's worth and enjoy the beauty of the home and it's location. We will be back and next time for a loooong vacation. Everything you need and more for a peaceful getaway on the water with family or friends. You get what you pay for with the luxury of this beautifully decorated and amazing home on the lake. The layout of the house is perfect for a small group of people to spread out.
This home is perfect year-round. Not just in the summer.
Deposit was returned. No hassles on anything. Only problem was that we did not stay long enough.
