Hard working and straightforward staff make each visit to the office pleasant and confusion free. Immediate response to maintenance requests really make you feel like a valued tenant. They have worked with my family on several occasions and each time the office staff and maintenance workers have been understanding and accommodating...always leaving us feeling very satisfied. We helped one of our sons purchase a Blain home. We loved the quality and design of it. The home had the feel of a custom built home and not a tract home. Soon we were wanting to build a home for our older son on our property. We asked if Blain would be interested and they were. The process was so simple. They came back with a fair price and the building began. The home was done in no time and we could not be happier with the home they built for us. I highly recommend them! The staff at Blain Property has been extremely accommodating to me since my move to Visalia. They worked with me to get me into my home earlier than anticipated to start my new job and have been very responsive to repairs and other issues since move-in (mostly unrelated to the house itself, aka a tree falling down in the front yard). In reference to some negative reviews found here, I think that people often do not understand the difficulty and workload that a property management company is often working under. Despite the understandable stress they are likely under, the team has always taken time for me and been very considerate, which makes me happy to recommend them to potential renters.

When requesting maintenance the turn around response was excellent. When Josh came to fix my repairs he was very polite and respectful throughout the time it took him to complete the job. If I could, I would request Josh to come fix any future repairs needed on my property.

We were relocating to Tulare from Los Angeles in 2009. We worked with Blain Homes to build our house long distance. The care and prompt customer service Blain provided throughout the building process made our transition seamless.

Though we communicated mostly through email and phone conversations, they built a home that absolutely fit our vision. They were informative of the pros and cons of certain upgrades we asked for. They were very timely in their responses to our inquiries.

Five years after our home was built, we reached out to them for a small patio addition. We were pleasantly surprised to find they had expanded their business to remodels. Though the project itself was small, Blain's response time and attention to detail made us feel as if we were their most important project.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Blain. We have some other small projects we wish to do in the future. Blain is the builder we would work with.

remodel on 1274 Pacific Cayucos Ca. They where very attentive and
listened to our suggestions about a few extra things we would like do.
They where prompt and clean. One time we with lost our keys and they
sent a guy out from 45 minutes away. I would recommend them to my
