Horrible place to live, please tell me how I’m on the 6th floor and my apartment flooded twice in less than a month. Every time it rains the water pours in to my apartment and all they did was poke holes and said the water will drain and I shouldn’t have any issues and here we are three weeks later. Flooded again, and after emails and calling the emergency line, no one answered the call, email or text. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The list can go on with other issues. The picture was them trying to fix the floor with all the glue coming out the corner. And mold under the floor boards.

I lived in Allure 258 for one year. It is well built modern building. It has beautifuly decorated common relaxing entertainment room. For people who have means of transportation it is worth considering this place to live in.

Unethical company and management. Not even a month of living at 141 Indigo and a list of issues: AC not working, dishwasher not working, windows leaking water above electrical outlets, subsequent water damage causing cracks and discoloration in walls/ceiling, not cleaned from the last tenant, glass & screws in the parking areas, frequently no hot water. This place is a trap, not “elevated, modern living”

DO NOT LEASE FROM ANY OF THEIR BUILDINGS. I have hot water 5% of the time living in one of their “luxury buildings”, the elevators are always out of service, there is absolutely no mind paid to the conditions that tenants have to live in and they simply do not care to even make things right financially when nothing in the apartments work. The cheapest and worst landlords I’ve ever dealt with in over 10 years of leasing, whatever you do do not be tricked into leasing from one of their buildings I would give 0 stars if I could.

If your'e a college student without a car or very few belongings, this place is for you. Apartments have NO storage, not even a linen closet. Higher management is rude and once you sign a lease they don"t care. They lied on lease saying visitor parking is 1st come 1st serve. It was a LIE! So if you have a visitor with a car, too bad. Its literally no parking except for tenants at 150 a car.

They are the worst! I received a one year promotion with 1 month free on my first year lease and as soon as my lease expired they charged me twice for the month and tacked on a pet fee (that I did not request) and charged $50 for amenities. Their buildings are overly priced for a stinking closet space apartment!!! I am reporting them to the BBB! Unbelievable!

If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. When I left, they double charged me a month’s rent and still hasn’t returned it 8 MONTHS later! Talk about disrespectful.

I Would NEVER Recommend any of their properties.

Office continues to ignore my emails even after they said they would resolve publicly

Still haven’t CALLED or EMAILED me it’s April 2024 almost a year later. Don’t believe anything they say.

I need to shout out to the maintenance crew, i asked them to fix and correct a few things in my apartment, and they responded next day to all requests, perfectly and polite crew. Thanks for your help! But one thing is still needed, a little more heat to the Hot Water , crank it up, Please!!
