Becky is such a gracious host! We stayed in two separate units over the past couple of weeks while my daughter was doing some testing at the Mayo.

Both units very well maintained, equipped with all the comforts of home. Clean, quiet, with easy check-In/out.

The first unit had the cutest setup in the living-room with Tv trays to eat & watch a movie. The other my favorite was the kitchen. Was so nice to be able to cook meals instead of eating out. It was equipped with everything I needed.

Highly recommend staying with BlackSwan!

I had an issue that I was trying to proactively resolve. It was so refreshing to not have someone dismiss your concern or deflect it as someone else responsibility. The team at Black Swan took on the challenge to work with me. They help me understand all the things that were being viewed.
Satisfaction was so important to them that Tyler, manager and main man, Jason came to visit with me. They rolled up their sleeves and address the items they could be addressed. They were open to my suggestions as well as listening to everything that I had tried.
I have lived in a lot of apartments and dealt with a lot of people. It is so nice to work with someone who wants and delights working with. Thank you for an always great service visit.

We currently rent through Black Swan. From the initial viewing(s) to the move-in emails, all the wait to their maintenance department, everyone we've worked with has been polite and very helpful. Black Swan excels at customer service and satisfaction. They're certainly not like any other management company out there. Would highly recommend!

Anthony was so helpful and responsive! The online application was very easy to use. Anthony answered all my questions about the lease as well as coordinating showings. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism!

3 months in from moving in updates: the team has always been responsive to my questions and minor maintenance requests. The previous tenants left some heavy soiling in areas that were overlooked and Black Swan had someone come clean the areas the same week with great communication. No request has been too small for them to address. I know they will respond appropriately, day or night. Been a great experience for me since I have no rental experience in the Rochester area. Positively impressed!

Mike Wilson was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the units I was considering to rent. Living out of state, he facilitated me with virtual tours and I was content with such tours. Mike provided all the information about the units via text messages and emails, which made it extra convenient. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful! I don’t know if you can request a leasing agent, but be sure to ask for Brian if at all possible. Looking forward to living in my new place!
