Bishop management is hands down the best management company I have worked with. Christmas morning I woke up with cupcakes at my door and a nice note. Whenever there is an issue, (which is almost never) they are more than happy and willing to help. Great management company, and an even better property. Definitely recommend bishop management for anyone who is looking for a new place!

I live in one of the apartments that are managed by Bishop Management, when my husband and I first moved in both Josh and Chris made the moving processes so easy for us. Any questions we had, they were answered within a timely manor by the bishop management team. any minor maintenance issues we have had are always solved quickly by Josh.
We can always count on the Bishop Management team. 11\10 would recommend.

Chris is incredibly personable, always responds quickly to any questions even on the weekends. All of our maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently, and they always offer very personal and kind gestures that never cease to surprise us! (Delicious Cupcakes for Christmas, door decorating contests..) we are grateful for the very reasonable prices here in Rochester and wonderful team

Do NOT rent from Bishop Management Company. I left the apartment in spotless condition, paid my rent on-time every month, moved out in mid-June and am still trying to get my security deposit back, which according to Minnesota law must be returned within three weeks of moving out and providing a new address, unless the building is condemned in which case it must be returned within 5 days. I have made multiple phone calls, provided my new address on two different occasions and have yet to see a check arrive. This company is impersonal, unprofessional and unorganized. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money and rent elsewhere.
