Had my son's 11th birthday here. great place for kids and family quiet neighborhood friendly and clean too bad the restrooms closed early at 6:00 on Sundays.

Not a bad playground for young kids. They have a nice field for sports and a large jungle gym that's in pretty good shape. The only issue I had was the middle aged dudes sitting next to the playground drinking beers. They didn't come inside the actual play area, but they were right outside the entrance. They didn't bother us or anything like that, it was just a bad look, one of them was passed out. I would be more understanding of they were homeless, but most of the homeless stay over by the train tracks across the street and they really didn't look homeless.

We have our Family Reunions here. Play area for the children located in a residential neighborhood so you don't have traffic of people walking off a blvd into to the part.

I practice here with my LGBT softball team and the fields are always under-cared for. Either it's muddy out in the outfield or theirs questionable excrement out there somewhere. I appreciate the maintenance done, but I hope to see our Long Beach/Lakewood parks go up a notch and look better. On a flip side, the bathrooms are clean and the staff are very respectful.

Overall great Park. It's nestled in the neighborhood and has a lot of open green space including barbecue pits. it's not a huge part so it's manageable and as mentioned there's a lot of space for gatherings and parties. The play area it's small though and can get crowded during after school hours.

Great clean little park that is very rarely busy. There are occasionally a few homeless people very early in the morning, but they clear out quickly
