I reached out to Bill Peeney Ford and spoke to a salesman, Mr. Kelly. He was helpful from the start, sent me videos and pictures of the truck that I was interested in, and was quick to work with me on financing options as well as the price of the vehicle. We flew to Birmingham where he picked us up and brought us to the dealership to get the truck. He made the process easy and painless. I don’t normally purchase from dealerships because it’s always a run around hassle full of nonsense. This was the opposite of that. I just had a recall on my F350 done. Raquel was my service adviser. She was great! They got me in quickly at my appointment time and out within an hour. Camera works well now. I had trouble getting in touch with the service department to discuss/make an appointment because of the phone service system Ford uses but once I spoke to someone, I was able to get in within a few days. I wish they'd publish the direct number to the service department when you do a search. Some clients prefer to speak to a person vs automated scheduling.

I traveled from Birmingham to Jasper and received the most amazing service and experience ever in purchasing a car. All the staff were very pleasant.
