Update: They forgot to do some of the paperwork with my closing and Bill harassed and threatened on behalf of the title company instead of offering any solution to the problem (other than to forge a notary signature). I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Since there are real estate agents everywhere, they're practically a dime a dozen, I won't be using Bill for any future real estate needs in Mesa County. I've updated this review because it has turned into a pain in the rear that I'm dealing with four months after closing.
