I would never trust this company or Penee(their agent) to buy or sell my house. I was interested in purchasing a home at 3337 McGraw ST. She asked me to send my offer somewhere close to the asking price, which was $1.175K, and I sent my offer at $1.150K.
She texted me a week after saying the seller could not wait Forty-five days for closing escrow and preferred to take a cash offer. and already have
multiple offers.
After two months, they ended up selling the house for $940K.
The public must know that this company is not trustworthy in the way they are running their business and taking advantage of this complicated house marketing.
