We have been renting cabins from Big Bear Property Services for several years now. The cabins are all wonderful. Clean, well maintained, and very cozy. The service and Hospitality is impeccable. Megan and Ryan have always been great host and accommodating in every way. Five star service. We highly recommend Big Bear Property Services

Sometime last year, my friends and I went to Big Bear for a weekend retreat and stayed at Moonridge. I should say, staying in such a perfect, beautiful place was one of my most memorable experiences to date.

First off, on our way to Big Bear, we were constantly monitored by Lewis, the property manager, to ensure we would get to our destination without encountering any problems. As soon as we arrived, we were so captivated with the tremendous living space in that house. The amenities that came with such a gorgeous property also captivated us.

Lewis, his wife Damaris, and Sheila were constantly checking on us to make sure we had all the supplies we needed. They were absolutely awesome.

Until now, my friends and I still can't get over the excellent service we were accorded when we stayed there. The boat rides, the quick strolls on the lakeside, and the trail jogs were amazing.

If anyone would consider going to Big Bear Lake for a vacation with their family, friends, or for a company conference and outings, I highly recommend this place. You will definitely get your money's worth, and more.

Great job, Lewis and your whole crew. Can't wait to go back again this year. Hopefully, with more company this time.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Finch Retreat. It was the best property we've ever stayed at in big bear. The hot tub actually got hot. It’s also not your typical cabin where it looks outdated and has outdated furniture - this home definitely defines a modern “cabin”. We appreciated that it was decorated for the holidays inside, it made it feel festive and everyone felt right at home. The best part about our stay was how close it was to bear mountain and snow summit - less than 10 minutes. We highly recommend anyone visiting with a big family to stay here. We will definitely be renting this house again for future visits!

Big Bear Property Service provided very professional service!!! We rented Golden Retreat house for our Big Bear vacation and we so happy with everything. A very beautiful house in quiet and nice neighborhood (just few minutes from Snow Summit ) with a terrific floor plan and very nice playroom . Our whole family was comfortable in their own rooms, yet we were able to spend quality time together in the open kitchen/living room/dining room. Overall a great stay with great hosts - highly recommended!!!!!

Nice trip on Memorial weekend. We stayed at Columbine Retreat house. Beautiful big house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything works good for our family. Kids were happy. To make it perfect need to upgrade a bbq grill. Big Bear Property Services is very professional, easy to deal with.

Big Bear Properties was great to deal with. Cody explained the process and was very responsive. We had a minor leak in one of the bathrooms and handyman was there in no time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again.
