I have rented the same storage building with these people as the management for years. Recently there have been multiple break-in attempts. The first time my building was broken into nothing was stolen as it was empty, but the second time I was able to avoid theft by putting multiple locks and a hardened latch which I had to create personally, though 3 units next to mine were robbed. The property management company has done little or nothing about it. I would recommend a different management company as there is no security, and no attempt to secure their managed properties.
Their administration lacks customer support as well, they don't like to work with the customer on their own schedule and no information is passed on about break-ins; we have to call them to find any information out.

The absolute best realty office in Parker!! Only agent that is licensed in Arizona AND CALIFORNIA. Other agents can't show you both sides of the river! Oldest office in Parker. Their experience will save you $$$$!!
