Horrible horrible business. My real estate agent had a year to find us a house before we were forced to move due to my landlord selling. We waited 7 months on a house that was a total scam. It was supposed to be move in ready and turns out nothing was done. They pushed the house back over and over again, and every time we would go look at it, there was another issue. My real estate agent continued to push us to buy this house, while also constantly making comments about my family and digging into me and my fiance's personal life. She made the process an absolute living hell for me and him. When it came down to three days before closing we went to look through the house one last time and I brought my dad. She has had a problem with every single one of my family members, so I was already stressed about this. He ended up finding out that they had put a 10 gallon water heater tank under the crawlspace for a whole house, and the water pressure was not working right. For some reason this made her so mad and they got into a huge argument where she got in his face and told him that he doesn't know anything because "hes never even owned a house". He asked her if the owner/seller could fix the issues and she said no they wont and she said she would not ask because "they wont". My dad has been working in houses for 30 years, and it doesn't take much to realize that it is messed up and wrong. She ended up leaving and kicking us out in a hurry. After she left I also noticed that there was a fire hazard going on, on the side of the house. It was two water conditioners in a small shed on the side of the house that was rotting, with an electric heater blowing on it, surrounded by insulation. We had finally had enough and decided to back out three days before closing. She then told us we could not have our earnest money deposit back because they "could fix it". After she literally just told us that they would not. So now it has been a year that she had to find us a house and we are homeless, and we have tried contacting the broker Mary and they are ignoring us. I can not get a hold of anybody including my real estate agent Stella Lackova. They have completely ghosted us and I went up to the office twice and nobody is ever there. Never ever use this place unless you want to get scammed and your time wasted. I have also talked to two other real estate agents about this, and they have both said that the house is not worth that price or what we went through. So thank you for wasting our time.

I don't even know where to start!! Stella Lackova was my kids realtor, she seemed kind at first, and a know it all, which is ok what do I know? From 7/24 to 2/25 it has been insanely difficult trying, to buy this one house and my child dealing with Stella's thoughtless opinions of, telling my child what kind of mother am I because I had know money to help my daughter out....Seriously!!!!
There are so many things I can say and tell you, but that would take forever, in the end, when my daughter did a walk through things still was not right in the house. When asked if we could let the seller know. She got in my daughter's dad's face and made a big scene and said, no. Then she walked away and told my daughter they were not getting back their deposit, and they owed her commission. And now neither her or the owner of Better Homes and Gardens will not get in Touch with us and keep ignoring us. I highly suggest no one uses this company.This is very very unprofessional.

0/10 would never recommend. They simply suck in every way you could imagine. Between bad tenant care, improper maintenance workers, and having to wait months to get a simple repair done it is not worth giving these people a second of your time or a penny of your funds.

It has been over a month since Emmy lost her life due to the direct results of actions taken by Sharon Cassaday (she couldn’t even maintain enough respect to use Emmy’s name in her quickly deleted video where she blamed us).
0 contact from Sharon or the agency. She was directly told by the agency to not respond or reach out to us. Extremely unprofessional.

They hire tons of these “cut rate” realtors who just got their license (it’s extremely easy to become a licensed realtor, a 2 year old could do it). Provide 0 training to them and then let them lose.
There isn’t an ounce of professionalism in this office. Do yourself a favor and find a real state company that does some sort of screening for their agents and won’t hire any bum off the street with a fresh license.

Very disappointed in hearing about Sharon Cassady and her flat out disregard for a precious life. I would not recommend this business if this is what they hire. If you read the other reviews, you will see the story.

Was a nightmare to deal with, relayed nothing to their client and caused more friction than needed making the whole experience terrible to go through, which left my family homeless for almost 80 days despite dealing a difficult seller. A claim is being filed with BBB. Stay clear, most of the Better Homes realtors are great to deal with just not this group.

We worked with Elizabeth Centero with better homes and gardens. She is an excellent agent. She was responsive, got us showings quickly, and made offers quickly. She went to showing after showing with us and was there to help us every step of the way. She is extremely easy to work with and has an awesome personality. We feel so grateful to have had a wonderful agent to be with us every step of the way. Buying a home has been a daunting and emotionally stressful process. Elizabeth remained positive and informed us of every aspect of the process. She answered every question we had and acted with integrity in representing us and our best interests. We will be recommending her to any and everyone that needs an honest, professional, and caring agent. Absolutely loved working with her!

Renee cheeseman used a unlicensed plumber to change a oil line which lead to a oil spill that went to a sub pump that pumps to the city sewer. Yes I have pics and video. Not only did she not report it like I already knew you have to but she said it’s no big deal and we’ll get it cleaned up. Beimg suspect of the situation I called Bondi oil company to come take a look at it and they informed me how serious the situation was and how they could not sell me oil without proper paperwork of cleanup from deep the department of environmental protection. Then I found out Charles E Davis was unlicensed since 02 who made the spill. All around bad news she was the most dishonest person I ever delt with very sneaky and unprofessional. She had no business selling houses. I don’t trust this whole realtor company now

We were buying a house that you guys were listing. Whoever wrote this response is a moron, and it was exactly why Renee isn’t working there anymore. She’s a crook and he knows it.
