When we first went to Jan, we were not sure if we wanted to sell our home or looking for a company to manage it as rental property. Jan presented us with all the options, including financial estimates, so that we could make the most informed decision and choose what was truly best for us. Jan gives personalized attention to his clients so that they proceed with their most desired option. No hard sales tactics. All his suggestions and expertise at managing an open house were perfect. His attention to detail and strong communication led to a very smooth selling experience. When last minute repairs needed to be made, he was able to have someone come within 20 minutes so that there were never any delays in showings. I was more than satisfied with the services provided by Jan in the sale of our home. He was respectful of all our concerns and needs. He is professional and productive. The prelisting consult and walkthrough answered all our questions and gave us a basis fo moving forward with the lisitng and contract. His marketing skills are way above average as can be seen by the more than dozen offers received within 10 days of listing, He remained hands on during the entire transaction and was always available for information and questions. Oftentimes he called you before you called him! The best decision we made was letting Jan handle our sale.

When it was time to selling our family home I spoke to many realtors. Jan from Coccia realty stood out above the rest. He took his time explaining all the details and process it is to sell a home. None of the other agencies took that kind of time to explain except. Don’t worry you will get over asking price if you list in now. Our home we were selling was our family home for over 55 years. When our parents passed away and we had to sell our home it wasn’t just about money and getting over asking. Jan was compassionate about our situation. He never once tried to push that we use his agency. It was never about just getting a listing it was all about how we wanted to go about selling our home. After little thought from speaking to other agencies we knew Coccia was the one for us. After signing the paperwork work Jan worked tirelessly for us.
