I wish I could give negative stars. Do not deal with these people they are liars and thieves I bought a couch that had damage because I was promised they would order new cushion covers. It has been two months and they just keep telling me it's on back order. Lies they just trying to buy time until you have too much money invested in it to return it. I will never deal with this business again unless it is to sue them. They didn't even have to deliver I picked it up myself now I have a couch I've already paid way too much for with cigarette burns. I did not agree to pay that for this unless they could get the covers. I try to be patient but this business is a scam and needs to be shut down and the manager blacklisted. Once again take your hard earned money elsewhere do not deal with these liars.

The customer service is excellent. The staff go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Very fast delivery and a huge selection of items. Quality is way better than Rent A Center in town and the staff is all about the customer. I would sugges this location to anyone looking for easy friendly down payments and affordable prices monthly .

Found out yesterday that the store manager I dealt with (Dexter) was “mishandling account” and even though my account should have been paid for over 2 years ago they are claiming I owe them thousands of dollars! I was told by Jacob yesterday that I could go in this morning and get a copy of my records and when I get there of course he didn’t didn’t show up to work today and I had to deal with their regional manager who not only was unsympathetic to the fact that their employees mislead and mishandled my account and now because of their lack of attention to this matter (I’ve never had a single collection effort so I never even knew I still owed them money!) I am in a predicament and refuses to give me a copy of MY RECORDS! he’s a smug lying prick who does not care about Bestway’s customers is all I can say!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!

So best Western just told me that after a year and a half of payments on my account, I would have to come in and set up a recurring payment plan with them. I have never missed a payment, nor have I ever been late. Since I don't always pay with the same debt/credit, or cash method it's gonna be real hard to make recurring payments. Plus this was never apart of my lease/rental agreement. When I did a rental agreement with this company, I could pay cash, debit, credit as long as they get their money. I do not recommend this company. I have never be late, not even one time, and I always get a reminder, plus a phone call to make a payment as if I pay late or something and now I'm being told I have to do recurring payments. Farmers Furniture, i will see you soon. This pays off in a couple months and I need a bedroom suit now.

I've been renting from Bestway for quite some. They have now furnished my living room, kitchen & laundry room. Dex is at this moment ordering a new refrigerator and looking for a bedroom set for us. I'm always pleased with the product. Beauty, style, durability. And PRICE! They work with you to make it convient.

If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. The manager - Dex - is extremely unprofessional and rude beyond belief. I will be sure to call home office on him, and tell them how he likes to talk to potential customers and even strangers on the phone. When a person is calling in regards to business, A MANAGER should never be as hateful as he is to them. Won't be referring anyone to this establishment. ?
