They took forever to fix heater. To the point my grandson ended up getting sick over it. Constantly had to stay on them about them fixing acting like it was fixed and we didn't know how to turn on a heater. I finally have put my 30 day notice because I could not risk health or safety of my family. They still have not follow up with me on move out procedures. We had a great property management until it was sold and they took over.

Great people, they gave us a chance to show them we would be good tenants, almost 8 years later and they have still been good to us. They fixed the problems we had, were fair to us, and were respectful ALWAYS to me and my family. I would absolutely rent from them again! K.F.

We are long time tenants, we mostly don't bother the management company with small issues, just take care of them ourselves. Last week our evaporative cooler motor burnt out, and we did turn to them for help. They sent someone out that afternoon, and the repairman got the repair approved by them, and returned the next morning and promptly had it fixed. We are very satisfied with their response to our service requests, and appreciate it very much.

I'd give these people 0 stars if I could. Wife has excellent credit, mine is worse than I care to admit. I was upfront with them about this, and they led me to believe that wouldn't be a problem since my wife at least has excellent credit. They denied our application for an apartment because the owner "felt uncomfortable" with what was on my credit report, and that basically it didn't matter that my wife has excellent credit while I am working to fix mine. Time and money wasted, unprofessional staff, and no wiggle room offered. Will not be giving this place my business ever.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a Property Management Company. They charged us almost $4000 just to move in, and the house was in disgusting condition. It wasn't clean, the AC didn't work, and the carpet hadn't even been cleaned. Also, the garage door was broken. Now, we have been dealing with a major leak due to a Main Drain Clog. We have be unable to use the restroom or shower in our own house over the course of four days now. Instead of having the reoccurring issue fixed correctly, they continue to cut corners to save themselves money while their tenants are in inhabitable homes. The owner of this company, Samir Riad, and his staff are useless when it comes to a problem at one of their properties. All they do is send one of their "maintenance" guys out to look at the problem, and then they leave. The guy they usually send out goes by the name "Nabil" he is extremely rude to women, and speaks to them as if they are lesser than he is. My recommendation to anyone is to find a different place to rent. If I could leave a zero star rating, I would.

Exactly what the user that rated them 6 years ago states is still correct in 2016. They will not fix any issues within your household, their maintenance men come to look at the issue and then leave, as well as, the couple in the office speaking rudely to you when you bring up countlessly what is still wrong. I'd stay away unless you don't mind living in houses that are absolutely unlivable.

Just recently rented a house from them, its older and has a lot of issues coming up after we moved in but they are really good about getting someone out here and getting it fixed. So far it's been good with them.

I would give no stars if I could. These people discriminate. I make more than 4 times the rent, have good credit, and good rental history and they flat out said no they dont like my arrangement. They just collect the credit check money and don't want to rent the house to qualified people.
