Faye Smith is the least helpful agent I've had the displeasure of attempting to work with. I Was approved for financing on a measly $70k mobile home with 5% down. Once I saved up just over $7300 I was told by Faye that it wasn't enough, which was a complete lie. I've since found a home for sale by owner for $80k and cut out the need for a realtor altogether, due to this experience. Faye Smith almost cost a family a place to live. Not a very positive first time homebuyer experience. I would not recommend Faye Smith or Cherry Hill Mobile Home Park to my worst enemy.

Faye Smith is the absolute worlds BEST realtor!! She never hesitated to answer questions and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She dealt directly with the mortgage company and looked over our contract to make sure we were getting the best deal. Faye puts her heart into her work and she puts her client first. She really went above and beyond for us and we will forever be appreciative. I recommend her to anyone and everyone! She’s amazing!

Working with Bill Souders was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only was he unprofessional, standing us up for meetings and walk throughs but also outright rude and not knowledgeable about the new build he was selling. He barely communicated until his commission was at risk. It was an absolute horrible experience.

I am originally from New Jersey and now living in Florida. Abigail assisted me with my first home so I can move back to New Jersey with my husband and disabled brother. With all the stress in my home Abigail made this work where she took a lot of stress off me. Not only she is dedicated she will stay and work with you to the end. If you are coming to NJ get the blessed realtor who has abundance of energy and knowledge.

There should be an option for negative stars...avoid John Fries from this Berkshire location. He will expect you to meet him at his convenience only because he is a "stay-at-home" dad. He gets a lot of rental listings at a horrible apartment complex in Haddon Heights (owned by a north jersey slumlord). He rented an apartment to me that had multiple nonworking electrical outlets, and numerous housing code violations. He never obtained a Certificate of Occupancy nor was it safe for anyone to reside there. Luckily I was able to get out of there and get my security deposit back. He should be in jail, along with the property owner. Shame on Berkshire for allowing this guy to get away with these shenanigans.
