Andrew Baus and his team were incredible partners during our buying/selling experience. Anyone who has bought a house in the current environment understands how stressful and difficult it can be. Andy and his team (shout out to Krystle) made a stressful time, pretty seamless. They take complete ownership of the process and pay attention to every detail.

It's been a few months since we worked with Andy, but he still stays in contact. If I am in need of any help related to home improvements, he always has a person who has a trustworthy and reliable person who can help us out. Knowing that I most likely won't be buying a new home anytime soon, having someone like Andy who cares more about the relationship and less about the transaction means the world to my wife and me.

Avoid Cathie Galanti at this office. She is an annoying pest who will hound, pester, and annoy you incessantly to buy something that you don't really want. She also had the gall to suggest that I pay her $3000 to process a real estate transaction for $3000! She is very unprofessional...and she is a "team leader"! Stay away.

Peter MacDonald showed us a place, had us pay the applicant fee only to find out that he already filled both rental properties.
