We had a house that had an issue with an in ground oil tank. We had several contracts on the house and it seemed like the house would never sell. Adi Kavaria stuck with the listing and was able to find a buyer that was willing to purchase the house and deal with the oil tank on there own. That final contract was also the best contract price wise that we got on the house. Thank you Adi for not giving up.

they send scammy looking letters asking people to sell their homes.
This form of "advertising" is tacky at best.

Cold calling, even in letter form, is a guarantee I will never use their services.
Edit. Tell me whom to ask for in your office so we can discuss this by phone.

I called the office last weekend and Adi was able to assist me with an issue that another rep left with from a different office. He followed up several times until the project was complete. If you need anything from this office, ask for Adi. He delivers while maintaining a fun, upbeat, professional attitude.

Coming from out of state, we finally closed on a property wherein this particular Berkshire Hathaway real estate office was involved. We had a problem that needed to be resolved and called the office. Left a message for the manager, Maggie, who did not bother to return my call to ask what the problem was. The agent, Bud Wilson, was extremely uncooperative, obnoxious and totally unprofessional. He refused to answer his phone when called and would only text. He would not bother to answer anything asked and all he would do was text back "Call your attorney." He did not earn his commission in this sale as far as I'm concerned. I can not, will not ever have any dealing with this person or office. Run away from the aggravation and frustration while you can. Avoid having to deal with this agent and his office!
