I met Dave Konesky many years ago when he lived around the corner from me in Tracy. His daughter was a toddler and now he's a grandpa, it's been a minute. He recently sold my rental property in Ripon. It's a tough market everywhere and it was a fast sale, and I got what I wanted in regard to price. Dave also sold my home around the corner in Tracy several years ago (in about 4 hours!) and sold my Mom's home a few years later. I have bought and sold several home and rentals in different parts of the state and country over the years and hands down Dave goes the extra mile in putting it together compared to the other agents. I've never been dissatisfied with any agent, but Dave is really a cut above. I met Dave at the house in Ripon one time and never had to return for anything. He arranged all of the inspections, repairs and cleaning of the house. I was pretty much hands off. A really good agent with good advice and knowledge of the markets in the area. I recommend him without reservation.

This company allowed the realtors and agents to buy a ran down property and flip it for a profit with out the proper permits, and non-disclosure! Be wary of the homes you buy as when the broker had a termite report which included both subterranean and drywall termites that wasn’t discloses. Now on the property I have noticed extensive termite damage along with a whole list of other problems and code violations!
