Wow. I'm not sure where these negatives reviews are coming from . My experience with the office was very much the opposite. Linda , who is in the office, has always been professional and receptive to any concerns I had . She's not only kind and receptive but she is willing to work and resolve any issue I had with my apartment. She was always reachable and if she wasn't, she would call back. The office was nice and sometimes funny just to make you smile They are there to assist you, and they can relate to your concerns .
I met Robert, who also works in the office , and he has a great personality . I read that a reviewer wasn't happy with him. He was nothing but respectful and relatable to me . Finally, the landlord, I believe his name is Keith. I've never met him but he is one of those landlords you hear of every once in a while, that shows understanding and empathy and will work with you . I can just tell he's a cool guy because if I had any concerns , I would notify Linda and Keith would respond quickly. Those kind of landlords are rare. I mean ,I'm.l sure there are plenty like that but you just dont hear.l about them often , so I wanted to give him his "flowers "on this platform.🌹

I never had to write a review but i’m speechless right now. This is purely preventative measures for anyone reading this, and sorry if your reading this to see if anyone had a similar experience, because it’s me and my fiancé. I literally pray for you if you have had to deal with Michael Shamberg. We have had the worst time trying to buy this house from him. He barely communicates with us, tries to talk us out of buying it. It’s been 2 months and we haven’t been able to get a call back or even our foot in the door of the property. We recently followed up with him about it and he forgot about the property. How incompetent can this guy get? After we texted him back with a reasonable amount of frustration he blocks our number! This house is still listed but unfortunately the agent Michael Shamberg doesn’t want to sell it. The office was 0 help too, they told us to write up an offer… WE HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO SEE IT! He also must discriminate because he asked us “how we can afford it” so unprofessional. Word of advice don’t list with this guy, he literally doesn’t want to sell the house. Berkshire Hathaway clearly would hire anyone if they hired him. Yikes

Tried to contact about a listing on Zillow and they were completely rude and never got back to me. When I called to complain about that they were giving excuses and saying it could be because I’m “not fit to rent that property” when I never applied, or told anyone any of my information besides name and phone number. I was just trying to apply for a property and they deemed me unfit by a phone call…

Horrible horrible horrible. Robert met with us once, when we listed our home, never spoke to me personally on the phone, communicated through text messages and emails basically telling what to do but offering no guidance. I handled this entire process myself, if there was a way I could dispute his commission I would do it immediately! Beware, do your research, your better off selling your home yourself!

Terrible response to inquiries. Also the office in Galloway isn’t there anymore?
It now is a Dr’s office way out in the Smithville part of Galloway Township. A waste of time and gas. Bad company.👎
