Using Alida Zwaan as our realtor: I have worked with Alida for over a decade now and the service, followup and knowledge of the local Vail Valley region is excellent. Her work goes beyond the sale, to helping learn more about the locale, introducing us to others in the area, and sharing her vast knowledge about the region. She helped with various chores we needed to get done after we moved in (like coordinating utilities, locksmiths, and even cable service for us. We even got to ski with her, her husband and their friends shortly after closing! She really cares about your happiness, that you are buying the correct property for you, and that you are satisfied afterwards. I'm proud to say I now consider her a friend and not just our agent; she's that good. I would recommend her for any real estate transaction in the Vail valley.
