In 2021 I wanted to move to Tehachapi from Reno, NV to be closer to my daughter who was living in Bakersfield. Adriana Ghorbani was my agent. She very patiently showed my daughter many houses and I followed along on FaceTime. I found the house I wanted and moved in. Adriana made all of the arrangements for me and made sure my house was ready to move into when my furniture and I arrived.

Then 3 months later she helped my daughter find a home here in Tehachapi. Again she helped us with the long distance arrangements and we had no problems at move in.

I would definitely recommend Adriana to anyone needing a realtor. She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and I. I'm so glad we met her.

The buying process was made seamless! We had previously used another realtor and felt very pressured into buying and going above the asking price. DeVerie allowed us to go at our own pace and showed us many, many homes with a positive attitude. She gave amazing insight into different properties and assisted us with the entire process. We have and would recommend to everyone.

Josh is worthless. He’s a smooth talker and a nice guy on the surface but probably the worst realtor I’ve ever dealt with. My company hired him and I would have fired him if the house didn’t sell so fast. It was 2020, everything was selling fast… he didn’t sell my house, the market did.
He doesn’t reply to texts, doesn’t return calls, will leave you hanging for several days, then blames his office staff for his failures.

This was 4 years ago, only writing this because I got an email from BH requesting a review. Maybe things have changed but I doubt it.

Had a awesome experience with Miss Debra! She would answer all my thousands of questions day or night. ?. I loved how she was not pushy , and would continue to show homes and work extra hard during COVID-19 to get us safe showings in a timely manner, that way all safety protocols were followed for my family and I as we were on a time schedule to be moved.
