Don’t live on the first floor if you plan on moving here. Upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, a lot of stomping and pounding all throughout the day and night, sounds like construction is being done all day and throughout the night. If you contact the landlord he says he will talk to them but he doesn’t do anything about the noise. The landlord will also tell you that your upstairs neighbors have until 8pm to make as much noise as they want because 8pm is when the noise ordinance starts. Even though we told him several times the noise is all day and throughout the night to the point where it wakes you up out of your sleep, he will still do nothing about it. So if you like upstairs neighbors who make a lot of noise, what sounds like bowling balls being drop repeatedly over your head all throughout the day and night, losing sleep due to your neighbors and a landlord who will do nothing about it then this is the perfect place for you lol.

Breeckley Garden Apartments one of the most friendly, clean, upscale apartments complex in the area if not the only . Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable maintenance crews are very professional and the tenants are seem very down to earth, very pleased wit my visit..

I’ve been living here past 7 months. I enjoy it actually, everyone is very nice. Everything is very close. The kids are always playing, The landlord is very nice as well. And is doing updates on the building and has regular staff members doing maintenance of the lawn and bushes. I would recommend to a small family just starting out :)!
