My buying experience was incredible. I made a quick phone call to Bentley and reached Joe. I had already been to several other dealerships to solidify my Make and Model recommendations to my wife. Joe was extremely friendly, courteous and outwardly passionate about helping us to find my wife’s perfect next vehicle. He had every vehicle we wanted to drive lined up and sitting at the dealership waiting to go. We test drove and discussed four vehicles in twenty minutes. The one vehicle turned out to be everything she wanted.
We sat down with Joe and went over pricing. I was not happy at first and Joe with Matt the sales manager’s help got the price where it suited us. Matt was wonderful and had an incredible personality and thoughtfulness that continued to make this buying experience fun and enjoyable. I mean that, it really was because I actually hate going to haggle over pricing. This was not that way.
Luis, the finance manager continued to make the whole adventure of getting my wife’s perfect ride home a success. Luis was great also. He provided straightforward information, no hidden fees, he actually discounted aspects even more than I had expected him to, and he was fast and efficient.we came away where we were satisfied being knowing we had to pay for a great well-made vehicle.
Thanks to you Joe, Matt, and Luis my wife found, agreed upon and purchased a vehicle she will be very happy to drive!!! Way to crush it….

The people at Bentley Automotive were so great to work with. Everyone was extremely courteous and made us feel very comfortable. Drew helped us with the sale and we never felt pressured in the slightest. I love our new vehicle and would deal with Bentley again in the future!

Was not planning on buying a car yesterday but accidentally bumped into Will in the parking lot as we were about to drive away. We exchanged pleasantries and we told him that we didn't see any autos that fit our budget. He asked what our budget was and then he took us inside with intention of helping us find something. We were treated very kindly and with much respect. We'd been out all day looking at cars with no one really taking us serious. Will did not pressure us but really genuinely tried to help us. Will and his manager worked to get get us in the car of our budget. We left there satisfied with our purchase and we were treated better than anywhere we had gone. We'd give their customer service rating an easy 10. We plan to buy our next car there.

Recently bought a used 2018 Honda Odyssey from Bentley Buick GMC about 3-4 weeks ago with the car sales associate Greg. I was very skeptical about buying from a dealer after my horrid experience at one in Tennessee. I cannot recommend Greg enough!! Down to earth man with a great sense of humor. He really worked hard for me to stay within my budget and to get me in the car that I wanted. I got exactly what I asked for. I can’t say enough good things about the other employee Matt Sanders (I think he is a part of their finance department? Or sales manager?) either way, the entire dealer was so kind and easy going.
10/10 recommend!!!

I was told it would take a week to complete repairs. Scheduled the service on May 6. I finally received notice that my truck was ready on the 21st. The truck had footprints on the floor mats and dust from the body work in the door frames. I feel like someone should have made the effort to make sure the truck was in the same or better condition as when I left it. Scott Wallace tried to keep me up to date on the repairs but I realize he was limited by the repairs in the body shop. Your driver Johnny was a pleasure to talk with and a great representative for your company.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at Bentley. Went in not planning on buying a car at all. Had several less great experiences at other dealerships the previous day, with Bentley being a world of a different experience. Rahul was wonderful, very professional. Was able to give us great advice without being pushy at all. Would definitely give them our business again!
