The Lake Mirage community of Rancho Mirage is as rare as it is magical. The gated waterfront community is alive with “on the water” activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, catch-n-release fishing, wild life watching, cocktail cruises and more. At the end of the day, calmness settles in across the water, as you relax amongst the 11 pools and hot tubs, enjoy an evening stroll, or simply sink into your comfy patio chair as you wave at friendly neighbors floating by.

This picturesque community has over 200 homes, yet there are rarely homes that come on the market. This is where Mickey comes into the picture. We wanted a proven agent with the most knowledge, experience and results (highest number of contacts and transactions). We had very specific needs, but at the time there were only a few homes available that ranged between approximately. $600K-$1M. That lead Mickey to target and promote the lowest priced home on the market for us, because it simply had every feature we were looking for. Mickey guided us to the home that she would ultimately make the least amount of commission on, but that would give us everything we wanted.

Although the home needed a complete remodel, Mickey’s contact list was full of highly qualified, yet affordable contractors to assist with every aspect of a remodel.

It was a blessing to have had Mickey representing and truly “fighting” for us. She is truly a loving and caring individual with a heart of gold (and that doesn't mean she's a soft negotiator). Wayne Turney facilitated a purchase from another broker this fall, and I found him reliable, honest and responsive. Never felt my needs/concerns were mixed/overshadowed with the other relationship he had with the fellow-realtor. Highly recommend him. Great personality with zero of the ‘pushy’ feel some in the industry carry.
