They a poor poor on maintenance , I live in one of the buildings elevator been broken for a year One of the worst property management companies I have ever been exposed to. Unprofessional and most importantly, not responsive. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, good luck reaching out to building management. They have few maintenance hotline numbers they monitor and seem to selectively respond to only the mundane issues. They have a email address they claim should be used for all inquiries, and yet, they seldom respond to emails. Even if you need to escalate a critical issue, there is no one you can reach from building management.

I have asked for pest control numerous times and no one has shown up to help. No follow up has been done either to ensure I have been helped with pest control. I am at the Meridian property on Central Ave (please Google the property to see a full detailed review) there is a ridiculous mice infestation and I am beyond disturbed having caught 14 mice so far! I clean their shit DAILY! When I went to their office one of the women there was hostile and gave attitude. Shitty company, my rent is on auto pay for an over priced apartment and this is the thanks I get?

Would never go through them again and you should not either. I attempted to rent a 2 bedroom apartment and was told all of the requirements, which I complied with only to be told that what I made was not enough to be qualified. This was the only issue that they saw, not rental history, credit, etc. I and a family member were then told numerous times that if someone else applied with us, it would help "bridge the gap". So we did, twice. Both times even though the total income was many more times the asking price, we were denied and gaslit that what we had been told was not true and the system they use does not take how much you make into account, but did take everything else they told us not to worry about as a priority. We were then told that we could be approved for a 1 bedroom which was fine, but when we asked if a new application was needed, if there was any additional information we had to provide, no one got back to us ever again. This caused my family to lose way more money than we needed to spend waiting on an apartment that I now see they had no intention of helping us get. Find either a new agent or a new realtor company altogether.

They denied me for a fourth degree charge from 2014. Minding you me and hubby has 763 and above credit scores. We both have great jobs. I've been at my job for 9 years. It's crazy how they taking application money and denieing people I'm not the only one I know a few people they did this to. They own most of east orange. I feel like that's not fair at all people need places.on top of that they have alot of empty spots and I mean alot that's still not filled. It feels scamish. I wish I can give them a 0. Don't apply with them at all. Last thing I had to hulk them down to see if I was approved for them to lie and say the credit score didn't come back so I contacted the people who did it. The even said they was lying cause they can see it. Run!!!
