Hi Ben,

I hope you’re well. I’ve been trying to reach you regarding the deposit refund for the family I advised to Legacy Town Homes and myself. We’ve called and sent messages but haven’t received any response. We paid our rent on time and had no issues with the office, so this lack of communication is quite disappointing.
