I have never had such a positive rental experience as I had with Belmont Shore Land Company. Tyler, Asia, and the entire Belmont Shore Land Company family truly made me feel like one of their own. They consistently went above and beyond to take care of their tenants, responding immediately to any requests and even providing same-day maintenance when needed.

Working with Belmont Shore Land Co. has been a terrific experience. As a property owner, my wife and I were picky in choosing property management that fit our needs in Long Beach. We were assured long-term residents, fair rent and excellent customer service, this is exactly what we got. I can't thank them enough for finding wonderful residents who stayed over 3 years. Tyler was transparent and up-front with any maintenance issues and connected his local contractor to get them resolved quickly. We appreciated the month-end reports sent out which provided quality communication. We felt supported and confident while living in another state. I can't say enough positive statements about how professional BSLCo. is, if you are looking to rent your property, this is the team.

Tyler Mehl and his entire team are terrific. They manage just two apartments owned by our family, and they rent those units on our behalf. One might think such a small account would get lost among their larger buildings and more prosperous landlords, but they make us feel like valued business partners. Best of all, they have found us excellent, dependable tenants who consistently tell us that they are happy with the fair and efficient service and communication they receive from the management company.

Tyler Mehl runs a tight ship. Looking for a great property manager? Look no further. Belmont Shore Land Co is the way to go. I needed to rent my mom's house and they got it rented so quickly. And as far as managing the house, I don't have to think about anything.

Tyler is an exceptional landlord who truly cares about his tenants. I lived in one of their properties for over a year and got to meet most of the crew at Belmont Shore Land Company who all were extremely professional and nice. By far the best company I've ever dealt with, and I would 100% rent from them again if I ever move back into the area.

I just have to give 5 stars to Belmont Shore Land Company! I lived in a unit of their's which was a 1 bedroom apartment off of Second
Street. Simply put, it was an amazing experience!

When moving into the unit, it was very clean and an easy process as well! From the first day I met Tyler Mehl he was extremely helpful and great to communicate with! I could tell immediately that he and everyone at the office were extremely honest!

Although the company is extremely professional, it does not lack in sincerity and connection with its tenants! Tyler was always very attentive to my needs and questions. I would like to call them "The Nice Property Managers of Belmont Shore".

Given that their family operated office is located in the center of Belmont Shore, it was always extremely quick to drop off rent just by walking a few streets over!

I originally chose the property I lived at for its location, cleanliness, superior condition, and excellent pricing in comparison to other apartments in the area. Now, after having experienced the quality of service which they provided, I could not imagine renting from anyone else in Belmont Shore!
