If I could give Bellator 10 stars, I would. The level of professionalism is unmatched and the level of training agents receive is miles above many other brokerages in the area.

Since one of the poor reviews Bellator received mentioned me specifically, I will respond. The poster failed to mention that when he requested for me to show him property, he was already under contract with another agent on another home. A fact I became aware of only after speaking with his chosen lender to confirm the information I was given by this buyer. He requested that I show him the home after hours to accommodate his work schedule, which I was happy to do until it became a potential safety issue. We can never be too careful in this industry and requesting a showing in a vacant home, after hours, when you already have a home scheduled to close in the same week is a huge red flag for a real estate professional. It is because of the excellent training and precautions we take at Bellator that I was not put in a potentially dangerous situation and the poor review should not in any way reflect on the incredible company that Bellator is, and has always been!

Zero communication. The "Madden Team" are lazy, unprofessional, and offer no communication, assistance/advice, or support. If they sense you are eager to sell they will sell you out to get sale. There's 100's of agents available so no reason to use this garbage company. If you do, you do so at your own peril. I could go on but some people need to learn for themselves.
