Jesse and his Team are delightful to deal with. I had a difficult property to sell coupled with being across the country and unable to travel. Jesse and his team are like no other! We had a really difficult property to sell with many problems. Jesse arranged for all the vendors and oversaw various companies that had to come in and treat this home. He did all of the follow up work and got us the best prices. I received regular updates on everything, and received once a week texts. He had multiple open houses and gave me updates after each one. Our buyers were very demanding and he handled everything very professionally and got the job done. He could have walked away from the mess we were dealing with, but attacked things head on and reassured me he would get the property sold, and he did! Jesse, and his team listed , and sold my daughters mobil home in Huntington Beach. This was a tough one, because he had to deal with Huntington Shores management. who did everything possible to delay the sale, so they could collect an extra month space rent. Jesse, and his team, never gave up!! He kept my daughter informed of everything delaying the sale. Finally, Jesse, and team had completed every request made by Huntington Shores. Huntington Shores now had run out of delay tactics, and Escrow was finally closed. To sum this up!!
