Fantastic to interact with, very inviting and knowledgeable when we were looking at various models. Good luck after your home is built
They are a joke Joe and Chris are terrible
Put multiple homeowners at risk
Downplayed and lied about a gas leak
Blamed NICOR for their mistakes then lied
Documented gas leak twice by NICOR
First was told it was fixed then told there was no leak after the gas company confirmed the leak
Only to have to call the gas company out several hours later due to smell of gas again
texted the superintendent Joe no response to the reported gas leak
No apologies for jeopardizing the safety of many people
