If you find yourself lucky enough to work with Zach then be assured you are in good hands. My husband and I met Zach at an open house he was hosting in Newcastle and we were instantly struck by his cheery and cheeky smile, which immediately put us at ease. He is a ray of sunshine!
We were so comfortable that we spent 2 1/2 hours at the open house, asking a million questions, touring the same rooms over and over again, (even taking a tour around the block) and never once felt rushed.

Having been to many open houses in this crazy housing market, we were use to the cattle-call of feeling rushed through the house and given quick short answers to our questions in search of a "buyer". But Zach was so friendly, patient and generous that by the end of the tour we asked if he'd like to be our realtor, which he thankfully accepted to do.

As great as Zach's personality is, he really shone brightest during the sales process. Once our offer was accepted and the "work" began, he showed himself to be reliable, knowledgeable, gracious, highly responsive and very accommodating to our busy schedules. His organization helped to line everything up so we could accelerate our move-in date by two weeks, to which he enthusiastically met us at the door with the key to our dream home!

It's more than transactional with Zach. We not only found him to be a great realtor, he is also a great partner to work with and best of all... a great new friend!
