When I first came out to see one of the units here at Autumn Ridge, I wasn't sure what to expect. Let's just say it was better than I imagined.

This place is clean, well kept, and settled in a nice quiet environment! It has everything I've been looking for!

Curt was so kind and cared about what it was I needed in a new space. He showed me around, and I knew it would be a great fit.

If you are looking for a place to call home,
I would highly recommend you come and see all that Autum Ridge has to offer!

Very happy with Beacon Property Management. They are working to improve/upgrade their buildings on Autumn Ridge Court...that is impressive when it is so easy to just collect the rent and only do minimum maintenance. Any questions/issues have been speedily answered/resolved by Curt. They upgraded the entry way flooring and make sure that it is cleaned every week. Beacon also fixed the pothole in front of my garage parking spot and updated the inside of the garage so that it is bright and safe at night. I would recommend to anyone to check with Beacon Property Management for your next rental.

My wife and I have lived here since 2007 and truly love the location and our unit. Beacon Property Management acquired the Hampton Place campus a couple years ago and it’s been a blessing to have them as managers. Truly courteous and professional in all aspects and easy to contact if there are any issues with the units. Fast professional service has been the norm since they became the property owners. Full lawn service and snow removal is also provided to all tenants. We hope to be able to live at this location for many more years.

First of all the property manager is always on top of things. Response to calls or emails immediately. He is a kind and caring man. You couldn't have anyone better than Curt being in charge.

Love the people that mow. It always looks so nice and manicured.

Absolutely love the people that remove our snow. They are always on top of it and do a marvelous job in making it safe for the tenants. They come several times during the day if needed.

My place is perfect for me. Love the double garage. Full basement, large deck. My view is the best one. The vaulted ceilings. I could go on but i believe you get the gist that I love everything about my place and was blessed to have found it and I am blessed Curt is in charge.

I lived on Hampton Way for 2.5 years and really enjoyed my time there. The duplexes are very roomy, safe, and neat. The property managers do a great job of taking care of tenants needs and the upkeep of the property inside and out. It's a great place to call home.

We've really enjoyed our time in Hampton Place. Curt has been very easy to work with, and does a great job managing the property!

The property manager is nice however this property is very dated. Linoleum, worn out carpeting, old cabinetry, and mismatched older appliances. For over $1400 a month one should be able to expect the flooring to be replaced and newer appliances. The walls are thin and the highway noise is really bad as well.
