Fantastic property & very responsive property managers, walk to beach, pier, restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs & beach wagon. Plenty of outside space, fabulous rooftop and 2nd floor balcony.
Great for families or friend groups
Would definitely recommend this unit.... my brother rented a different unit not far from us thru Beachview and was also completely satisfied.

We had the best time, took 4 teenage boys over Labor Day weekend. We go to NB every year and this is by far the best house. The beach here is not so deep and far to walk to the ocean so access is awesome.

House was more than awesome and loved the big couches - boys played games and we all were able to eat together around the table.

There are volleyball ‘poles’ no nets, my boys put up their tetherball and had a blast.

Beachview Realty are a true pleasure to use for vacation rental properties. This is the 2nd time we have used Beachview and they have been excellent and provide some wonderful properties in Newport beach for a relaxing vacation. Instructions are Clear and they keep you well information before and throughout your stay. Our last property on 29th St was exceptional and within steps from the beach. It had everything we needed and was really well stocked and clean.
I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Booking and check in were a smooth easy process and there was very little to do upon check out which made it easy for our departure.

The home had a few safety concerns concerning the gas stove which has marking rubbed off handle and hard to tell if stove was turned completely off, and the main bathroom shower was down a step and got extremely slippery. After a few falls we ended up placing towels on the bottom to prevent further falls.

great experience! the house was great .. location was perfect… just a few minor details… a finicky garage door opener… and wifi in and out.. these were addressed immediately !!! much appreciated!!! will rent again in a heart beat!!!

Terrible experience. The house was infested with cockroaches, had filthy fans, and management forgot the extra rollaway bed we needed — forcing one of our family members to sleep on the lounge chair. When we complained about the cockroaches, they sent a maintenance man at the end of the day to seal a wall, and he handed us a roach spray to handle the issue of the roaches ourselves. We left the property after 3 nights of stay even though our reservation was for 8 nights. The house was clearly not cleaned or prepped before our arrival. Totally unacceptable. We did not get a refund for the nights we did not stay on the property. Management was dismissive, unhelpful, and even tried to bribe us not to leave a bad review. Absolutely would not recommend doing business with Beachview Vacation Rentals.

We've been coming to Newport Beach for President's Day weekends the past 6 years. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at 1814 Oceanfront. Fantastic location with a quick 3 min walk to the pier! The property is clean and comfortable. Super easy directions to enter the property, and to checkout as well. Great ocean views from the living room and patio alike.

Fantastic family beach vacation and great customer service! The location was unbeatable and so close to the airport. Grocery store and restaurants are all walking distance and a fun safe area. Our unit was in the sand and had a private rooftop. The beach was incredibly clean and the waves were perfect. The garage was tandem parking and we were worried our crossover SUV wouldn’t fit, but we comfortable fit with a bit of overhead clearance. Would totally recommend to family and friends. Very happy with this stay!
