Bay has been my association for many years now and I've never had a bad experience with them. I often speak to Michelle who is kind, receptive, and always make sure a resolution is reached quickly. I appreciate that I have an HOA I can depend on .

If you are unfortunate enough to have them manage your association i pity you. Be prepared , if you have any issue no matter how serious or minor they will have an attitude not show up threatening to charge you if they have to come and won't cooperate with your insurance company! Even statefarm is baffled with how unprofessional these people are!

Horrible HOA in my opinion. Can never reach anyone when theres an issue, never respond to voicemails, portal messages or service requests... do bare minimum, yet Increase monthly and yearly fees every year. Don't do things that are in your contract for them to do. I don't recommend.

I have worked with Bay Properties as a homeowner and as a contractor and they were great in both aspects.
As a homeowner, their online portal made everything I needed to do a breeze and their office was helpful whenever I needed more assistance.
As a contractor, there was a massive hail storm and we were submitting architectural requests left and right to replace roofs. They worked with us and the homeowners to make sure everything was filed correctly and reviewed timely.
In both capacities, my phone calls and emails never went unanswered. Amie in the office was a great help and always able to help/point me in the right direction.

So far the past few years I haven’t had one good experience with the association. I miss the previous one which is hard to say. Maybe one day they will fix their issues, but I doubt it.

Dawn and Emily were wonderful. They both tried their hardest to get the approval for my new windows. They were very professional and understood my frustration because it took so long to get it approved over 45 days. If it wasn’t for these 2 wonderful people working so hard on this I probably still be waiting for approval. Bay property should be appreciate Dawn and Emily. Dawn did the final push that saved my sanity and finally got my approval. Thank so much.

A lot of negative reviews, I haven't experienced what they have. My experience has been pleasant and have been working with Melissa who is very prompt, courteous, and caring about my issues. I am thankful they have her on the team. They are quicker to reply via email or the portal than a call however.
