I've rented a property from Barrons property management for a little over two years and I can honestly that they are the absolute best property managers I've ever dealt with. I was so impressed with how quickly ( almost instantly)that they have addressed and fixed ANY issue I've had. I consider them a complete blessing in my life. I just wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars.❤️

Well it was an awful experience with this company. Before moving in we noticed a water spot on the ceiling. We put it on the move in checklist along with following up nothing happened. After hurricane Sally it got extremely bad. Repeated work orders and telephone calls got ignored. They said they were “contacting the owner of the house”. Apparently they weren’t allowed to do anything. After a month or so of us living with mold they sent out a roofer to do estimates. In the meantime after we voiced concerns of this being detrimental to our health they said we can take it up with our renters insurance to stay in a hotel. Another few weeks go by and another roofer comes out to do estimates. He says he came out in February to look at the water spot. He was very surprised it was not fixed since he noticed water damage 6 months prior. Few weeks later a 3rd roofer comes out to do estimates. Then a few days later they give us the option to break the lease if we wanted. So they had no intention of ever fixing the roof apparently. We were living there for over 3 months with massive mold spots in the kitchen and master bedroom with an infant.
The other pictures are the aftermath of the “repairman” fixing the dog door. He absolutely ruined the baseboards after hacking away at the dog door with all sorts of tools. We sent in pictures and reports but obviously nothing came from that. All the blame was put on the owner for not wanting to do repairs. They took zero responsibility for anything and refused to help in any way. Left it all up to us even though we noted these problems on the prior to move in sheet. Absolutely unacceptable.

My husband I have contracted with Barron's Property Managers for the last 3 years. We have had no problems with the tenants they have chosen to lease our home. They check their background and realize the importance of choosing tenants that will take care of our beautiful home. Any time their is a need for repair they take care of it promptly and at a reasonable price. We receive a report each month and at the end of the year it makes it simple for us to prepare our tax returns. I currently have excellent tenants in our home and will continue to use Barron's Realty to manage our property.

We used Barron’s to manage our home while we were stationed abroad. You’d think in a military town they would understand the challenges of different time zones, the stress of being continents away and the amount of trust we had in this company for taking care of “our biggest investment” (their words not ours). Unfortunately they were incompetent at best and just apathetic and possible spiteful at worst.

The vendors they suggested were always too high. We ended up recruiting a family member to help coordinate repairs. There was one person in the office we could chat with, I can’t remember her name but she was always kind. But if we couldn’t connect with her communication was always a struggle. Occasional Email and updates on Friday afternoons. Often treated like we were a bother rather than a paying client.

By the time we returned stateside our house was destroyed by our tenant- someone we were told they company knew personally. We had to repair door frames, refinish our floor, pay to have their stuff removed. We were also charged $400 to clean our house and given a low effort word document as a receipt- another scam likely as we had to pay to have it cleaned again.

The owner of this company is a nice person but doesn’t even live in Pensacola for most of the year and has this as a defense when we spoke about all the mishaps.I felt I could trust this person, I believed him when he said our home would be well cared for while we were away and this was just not true. It was a very good lesson for me.

It’s taken me a few years to write this review bc of the amount of stress and anxiety we experienced in the process. If you’re looking for a company to manage your house I would recommend looking else where, interview a lot of companies and be selective. Let our experience be your lesson.

I think this is a phenomenal company to deal with! I'm moving to Milton, FL., from Nashville, TN and from beginning to end, the staff has been helpful in every sense of the word. They were very patient with me (being out of town) and they worked with me every step of the way. The team is very responsive and polite. My new home is beautiful and the few issues I had with the home were addressed and fixed IMMEDIATELY. It can't get any better than that. I would recommend Barrons to anyone in the area looking for a home. I will do another review in one year at the end of my lease but for now, I'm happy.

My experience with Barron Property Managers has been great. We bought a house in Pensacola last summer and would't be moving in for some time. I was refereed to the team from our Realtor. I dealt with Tom Barron himself the whole time. He made the process very easy and I trusted him from the beginning. His monthly inspections of the property were also prompt and detailed. I can't wait to use them again in a few years when we turn the house into a rental.
