Looking for the house wasn’t the bad thing but the unspoken stuff. This company will sell other listing agent houses that they know nothing about or won’t say. My house was cosmetically nice but things started falling apart the moment I moved in. They made my first time home owner experience a NIGHTMARE.

My realtor was Denise and when I say she help me though the entire process that exactly what I mean. It was some days that I wanted to give up. I thought the process was so hard, but she ensured me that everything would be ok. This was my first time buying a house and it won’t be my last, and when I purchased my next house Denise will be my realtor again, her work ethic speaks for it self so if you’re looking for a realtor with Barnes she should be your go to.

Shannon Shelby was my realtor. I highly advise not to select as a realtor and don't use any outside references such as inspector he may refer to you. Poor customer service and knowledge that cost me several thousand of dollars. I have some much regrets selecting Shannon as my realtor.

When i tell you this company, associates, and MY realtor D'nise where patient and AWESOME!!! THEY WHERE GREAT!!! my realtor D'nise (Tan) was SPECTACULAR!!! A definite gift...she was on it from day one...listened to my wants, needs, and what i could afford! She didn't play and made sure i knew how the process would go and went!! She even made my schedule hers and that made it even more worth it...She's the BEST in the game and if there where other clients i didn't know it because she made sure i was her one and only!!!
