Barbara and Monty were FANTASTIC. They were recommended to us by our real estate agent in Hawaii, as someone who’s been in the Tucson area for a long time. We were looking for a house with views of the mountains, but that was about all we knew. Our requirements also changed when my 94 year old father broke his hip and could no longer walk and was in a wheelchair. Barbara just kept revising to help us find the right house. After my father passed again buying was stalled and requirements changed. She just kept reaching out to help. When we finally decided what and where we wanted a house she was immediately ready to help. I never thought I’d find a reliable, hard working agent like our Hawaii agent but we did. Barbara and Monty felt like friends as well as realtors and truly seemed to enjoy helping us secure and inspect our new home. They are EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE whether you’re the type who like texting, emailing or phone calls. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will use them again in the future if and when we want to change homes.

If I could I'd give Barbara and Monty a google review of 15 out of 10! I would. They bent over backwards for us. I had my heart set on two communities in Tucson, and after numerous house showings I was feeling very discouraged that I'd never find 'the house'. It got to the point where I wanted to give up on looking for a while, but Barbara was adamant they could find me 'the house', and she suggested coming up to Goodyear, with a stop in the City of Maricopa. And it was in Maricopa, we found 'the house'. I feel they listened to what we had to say while on earlier house tours, so she knew what I was looking for. I do believe I'm happier where we ended up, then I probably would have been in Tucson. That's another great thing about Barbara & Monty, they have businesses in both Goodyear and Tucson. I was amazed they were ready, willing and able to go the distance in miles to find my new home.

When it came to navigating the negotiating of the sale; scheduling and attending the various inspections; then negotiating the repairs needed they were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, and the closing went thru without hitch.

We felt like we were working with a friend rather than a real estate agent.

When you choose to work with Barbara and Monty, (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) they will make contact with you quickly and meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. After you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc.
