I was a business tenant renting an office for my real estate company. They never saw the office prior to renting the office to me but after moving out they took $250 of my deposit saying they needed to do repairs that were there prior to me renting the office. When I complained to the owner of the building Bankston agreed to give me the $250. That was 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have it. The girl who answered the phone said the check was in the mail. It doesn’t take a week in the mail in this town. 😡

My son applied to rent an apartment and apparently they discriminate against fathers that pay there child support directly that is what it said on the paperwork why he was denied for doing the right thing and it took them a week to get back to us ! But thank the Lord that we went through EQUITY group he was approved in one day and got his keys to his new apartment the next day

I come to visit my mother from Sacramento and the condition of these apartments are questionable. This Management company does NOT do their job. They do not follow up on tenant complaints. Rude when you call. Roach infested as well as mice. I have witnessed tenants call and complain and nothing change. NOT ONE PERSON FROM BANKSTON HAS EVEN BEEN TO THE PROPERTY NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO THE PORTAL. Upon visiting today the trash dumpster was FULL with mattresses not allowing other tenants to throw their trash. People living out of abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Pot holes so deep the kids here use them as pools to swim in. Some tenants have been here over 8 years with no new carpet or even a fresh coat of paint. How does a Management company that gets paid to do a job leave a property so far behind? Because they are low income? Because they are minorities? This is not acceptable. DO BETTER BANKSTON!!! PEOPLE WHO PAY RENT DO NOT DESERVE TO LIVE THIS WAY BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO DO YOUR JOB. Step out of the office and actually care about your property and tenants!!!!

This place is a joke paid $60 dollars for 2 applicants. Then got called and they requested I run my own credit report for them just for my application to get denied! When I asked why it was denied they said they couldn’t tell me why and I’d have to submit a request in writing.

They don’t tell you what you need to have in your credit report when you apply. They don’t let you have a copy of your credit report and if you ask why your denied they say you need to submit it in writing. They make their money off the application fee with really no intent on offer you the house. They treat you like your lying on your application.. don’t waste your money on this property management.

Great establishment, Elizabeth up front is so sweet and always willing to help. They keep up with the requests that get put in for maintenance and repairs quite quickly and efficiently. I've been a tenant for about 3 years and I really do appreciate and recommend checking out what they have to offer.

I came across a listing of a new build apartment that was beautiful. All appliances AND solar!
I applied Thursday, was approved by Friday!
I move next week. Staff was so friendly and always answered the phones and helped me through the process. Thank you Elizabeth!
