Stephanie Taylor deserves 100 stars for the level of service we received. She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and timely. Their rates are extremely competitive as well which was one of the most important factors to us. Stephanie and the Bank of Frankewing had our closing packet completed and ready for closing within 2 weeks of submitting our application. Our buyers for our house had initially went with another lender that couldn’t perform and continuously delayed our closing for over a month. When everything was about to fall through on the sale of our house and purchase of our new house, Stephanie stepped in and was able to help our buyers and even got them a better rate than that initial lender. She and the Bank of Frankewing expedited our buyers file and we closed in one week.
