Had a truck approved for fince with them. Waited a month didn't hear anything.
Called and called and never a return call.
Come to find out that they sold out and never let me know.
Know I'm glad I didn't do anything with them.
I hope the new company dose better then these guys did.
Glad after looking I didn't do anything with them.
They need to get there act together.
Hopefully soon they will become a better place to deal with. They're growing to fast and not taking care of the people.
There's needs to be a personal feeling for this place to help and not make even a number.
That's the bad part of the company.

Read the fine print. They will come after you after you’ve shut down your business for whatever reasons. And what do I mean they will come after you? They will find a way to garnish your bank accounts and various other means. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned!!!

Very rude sales representatives! They called my company asking for a specific person who is no longer with us. When we explained that we weren't interested, the sales representative insulted our employee relaying the message by telling her to stop talking and instead get the person who can make the decision. We had no interest in the first place but insulting one of our dedicated, polite employees is beyond unacceptable.

Nightmare company. VERY misleading and dishonest about fees - something I was purchasing was being repaired before I actually would accept and I was told I needed to pay pro-rated fees for the time leading up to actual accepting the equipment and having the seller funded, adding up to thousands of dollars. Now that the equipment has been accepted and the payment has been dispersed to the seller, they are saying the thousands of dollars I paid in advance are not contributed to the final loan. No one seems to be able to give you any answers for questions, and just pawns you off to the next person.

I have been trying to get their insurance department to accept my COI, which includes everything they've asked for, and they still wont take off the monthly insurance fee. Not only that, I was assured by my account manager that I would be retroactively credited, which no one else will seem to confirm.

Predatory. Fraudulent. Can't say enough about the last year of issue after issue with them. Stay away.

If I could rate with negative stars, I would. The salesperson pushed through the contract and I did not take the time to read the contract in detail to discover that not all payments will be applied to the lease schedule. They charge "rent" for the deposit that does not apply, in addition to the fact that they delay the start of the lease for 3 months to get an extra "prefund" payment. You are not allowed to talk to anyone but the sales person so getting any explanation is impossible.

Run! I would use a loan shark- they are upfront about screwing you.
