I live here, but not for much longer. Apartments are a a great size, parking sucks and the property could stand to be managed better. Tenants and visitors of tenants are bringing the property down and the Property Manager doesn't do enough. Issues are communicated, but rarely anything is done in the tenants favor. I have visited other properties and this is by far the worst one management wise. Loitering shouldn't be allowed and non tenants shouldn't be allowed to park on the property.

This is,an apartment building owned by RPM.It is not very well maintained.There is parking below the building and it has 4 floors with dual chip pad entry from 2 entrances.Very close proximity to a strip mall and a few schools .Three bedrooms has 2 full bathrooms.Close to light rail station too.

Nice place but the area is not that nice
