We enjoyed living there. It was exactly what I need for the time that I needed it. It was quite and cozy. We never had any issues and the staff was very helpful if I ever needed anything, which was only once. Our Neighbors were nice and we all looked out for each other. The grounds were always kept clean and we enjoyed the pool over the Summer time.

Unbelievably bad place to live at. Insects living in my apartment and maintenance never responding to my phone calls. Have informed the landlord about huge spiders and roaches multiple times. The exterminator went to my friend's apartment in the same complex and never did to mine even though we asked for both places to be taken care of in the SAME phone call!! NEVER EVER try to live here!

No one has came to my apartment 1401 to repair anything. I have black mold in the ceiling of my bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom feels damp when you walk on it. The dry wall is peeling due to a leak from the roof that came down through the wall of the tenant above me 4 months ago. I'm disabled. I'm having neck surgery next Wed, Aug 2nd due to 3 ruptured disc's in my neck. I'm home everyday. At least 1 of my family members comes and stays overnight to help me. Mr. Ron is busy and such a great man. It's not his fault. He needs more help.

It was really rough moving across state to a new town. My apartment had some issues when I first moved in, but the manager and company where diligent in helping solve them. It’s super quiet here and I feel safe, which is important to me. After all the kinks were worked out,! I felt It was a great decision moving in!

We couldn't wash dishes in the sink or dishwasher for 6 days after moving in. Maintenance slings white paint all over bathrooms and kitchen. Getting the apartment ready.other than that we love the apartment. The ladies in the office are so nice and sweet.

If you like no maintenance, pool that’s never open, and a dump of an apartment this is your place. Moving asap fyi manager told my wife that this was a passive leak… never fixed anything. Hopefully the amount of mold hasn’t hurt me or my family.

I've been here for over a year. Management and maintenance has improved. Summer and Ashley are very professional and courteous. And maintenance has improved their response time. Some of the neighbors are nosey and complainers but that's to be expected in close housing. I appreciate the patience management showed after the loss of my wife. They were the reason I renewed my lease. Thanks

The new owners of Spartan crossing own country haven. They have raised our rent from $625, to $791 without informing us. They originally told us $750, and without notice went to $791. And also told us we had an option to sign a 9 month or a 13 month but now is only giving 12 month. Y'all these place are joke now. You can find a 2 bedroom house for 900. Spend your money elsewhere. They don't care about us, they only care about money.
