My wife and I purchased a townhome that was sold by Lynn Purcell. We looked at it fully furnished and really loved it. The brochure said that it was "move in" ready. On the day of the inspection, after the furniture was removed, it was left a disgusting mess, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. I could list it all with photos but there is way too much to post. I've never been so let down in my entire life. We're still cleaning 5 months later.
